Descrizione API pubblica v1

Descrive le API pubbliche BITZER per la verifica del tipo e la selezione della potenza dei gas cooler. La verifica calcola un gas cooler noto; la selezione della potenza trova candidati classificati per una potenza richiesta. Entrambi i calcoli avvengono nella richiesta, senza job pubblici da creare o interrogare e senza chiave API.

Tutti i campi, i limiti e gli esempi di questa pagina provengono dall’API in esecuzione. I valori nelle tabelle sono arrotondati per la visualizzazione; i blocchi JSON mostrano il formato API.

Regole JSON

  • Nomi dei campi in camelCase; numeri JSON con punto decimale.
  • I valori enum si trasmettono come nomi, non come interi.
  • Le proprietà non riconosciute vengono rifiutate.
  • Dimensioni geometriche e degli attacchi, campi dei diaframmi e impostazioni del solver sono output, non input.
  • GET /openapi.json risponde con application/json; con Accept: application/vnd.oai.openapi+json si ottiene il media type OpenAPI.
  • Il CORS è limitato all’origin del deployment; richiamare quindi l’API da un server o un proxy, non da una pagina browser di un altro dominio.

Selezione della potenza

La selezione della potenza usa lo stesso motore di calcolo del tool BITZER e dell’MCP. Valuta il punto di lavoro richiesto, restituisce candidati classificati in value.matches e categorie di raccomandazione in value.recommendations e non crea job o riferimenti di calcolo pubblici.

Contratto della risposta

Una risposta corretta ha status = Success e contiene candidati calcolati. Prima di richiedere una verifica del tipo o un artefatto successivo, il client deve scegliere esplicitamente un candidato restituito. Gli errori di validazione, dipendenza, solver, timeout e campo fisico restano errori strutturati; nessun candidato viene sostituito.

Flusso client

  1. Raccogliere requiredCapacityKw e i campi del punto di lavoro elencati sotto.
  2. Inviare la richiesta JSON all’endpoint di selezione della potenza e richiedere status = Success.
  3. Scegliere un candidato concreto da value.matches; non dedurre né inventare un nome tipo.
  4. Per un risultato dettagliato inviare gasCoolerName del candidato scelto all’endpoint di verifica del tipo. Per gli artefatti MCP usare il flusso MCP di selezione e candidato, perché l’endpoint pubblico non crea calculationId.

Nomi di gas cooler ammessi

gasCoolerName deve essere uno dei nomi accettati dall’API. GET /models li restituisce; un semplice codice geometria viene rifiutato. Nel tool il nome deriva da una selezione per potenza — questa API calcola un nome già noto.

Campo fisico e limiti di progetto

Una richiesta entro gli intervalli dei campi non è automaticamente calcolabile: il punto di lavoro deve rientrare nel campo di prodotto e l’unità calcolata deve rispettare i limiti di progetto. Entrambi sono riportati come errore strutturato, mai come valore sostitutivo.

RegolaEffetto in caso di violazione
Il funzionamento subcritico (co2InletPressureKPa < 7377,3) richiede l’intero intervallo di temperatura lato mantello sotto la temperatura di condensazione R744 a quella pressione: ingresso, target shellOutletTemperatureC e un target co2OutletTemperatureC, ciascuno con margineValidationError / PhysicalStateInvalid; il messaggio indica la temperatura di condensazione confrontata. Interrogabile in anticipo con GET /saturation.
La velocità di flusso trasversale lato mantello deve raggiungere 0,300 m/s (0,600 m/s è il valore obiettivo anti-incrostazione)SolverFailed / DesignLimitExceeded; il messaggio indica valore effettivo e limite
CapacityDriven ricava la portata lato mantello da requiredCapacityKw, quindi la potenza richiesta deve essere raggiungibile per la geometriatroppo bassa: la portata risultante non raggiunge il limite di velocità (DesignLimitExceeded); troppo alta: SolverFailed / SolverDidNotConverge

Dimensione della risposta, caching, limiti

  • Compatta per impostazione predefinita: l’involucro della risposta POST senza foglio di calcolo e dati di trace — circa 3 kB invece di 176 kB. &detail=full restituisce il body POST completo.
  • Memorizzabile in cache: ETag e Cache-Control public, max-age=300. Il tag copre i parametri e la revisione del catalogo, non il risultato, quindi If-None-Match riceve 304 prima che venga eseguito un calcolo.
  • Limite condiviso: GET e POST attingono allo stesso budget di 10 calcoli al minuto per client e istanza API, quindi la forma URL non lo raddoppia.
  • Elenco di parametri rigoroso: un parametro sconosciuto o inviato due volte viene rifiutato con il nome del campo — un errore di battitura come co2InletTempC non deve finire in un valore predefinito. Il separatore decimale è il punto; 0,6 viene rifiutato con questa indicazione.
  • Gli errori hanno la stessa forma del calcolo: status, failureCode, failureDetails, validationErrors[].field.
